Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Millett: Page 22, following line 3: Insert a new paragraph to read: "(9) the chief executive officer of the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority or the chief executive officer's designee for a three-year term;" Renumber the following paragraphs accordingly. 2014-04-20 House Journal Page 2712 Page 22, lines 6 - 7: Delete all material. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was not offered.
